Job Type: Full-time Employee Location: Approximately 10 minutes on foot from Tsuruga Station on the JR Hokuriku Main Line; commutable by car (about 80% of employees commute by car). Salary: Monthly salary of 188,000 to 238,500 yen; estimated annual salary of 3.05 million to 4.1 million yen at the time of employment. Annual salary revision once a year. Model Annual Income: 2nd year of employment: 3.2 million yen (single, in dormitory) 3rd year of employment: 4.6 million yen (married, with two children) Working Hours: Day shift from 8:15 to 17:00 (actual working hours: 7 hours and 45 minutes); rotating shifts from 6:45 to 7:00 (actual working hours: 7 hours and 15 minutes). Average overtime: About 10 hours per month. Holidays and Leave: Shift system. Job Duties: - Visual inspection of liquid crystal film at the film factory. - Production management tasks and data entry tasks, among others. Eligibility Requirements: - No experience required! - JLPT N1 certification required. - Must be cooperative and able to communicate effectively.
