We are looking for a human resources recruitment officer at Little Garden Corporation. You can be involved in supporting the growth of children in international kindergartens and after-school programs. Job responsibilities include: - Formulating annual recruitment plans - Creating the recruitment budget - Creating and publishing job advertisements - Responding to applicants - Interview selection - Coordinating with accepted candidates - Planning and managing events - Foreign recruitment operations - Proposing improvements in the recruitment process, etc. The recruitment positions range widely from nursery teachers, nutritionists, to headquarters staff. Qualifications: - No specific educational background required - No previous experience in the job is welcome - Those with gaps in work history are also welcome - People with experience in human resources recruitment or those interested in education and welfare business are preferred - English communication skills are a plus. Location: - 5 minutes walk from Kaihin-Makuhari Station. Working hours: - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (actual working hours: 8 hours). Salary: - Monthly salary starting from 250,000 yen (annual income expected to be above 3,200,000 yen), including a fixed overtime allowance of 30 hours. - Salary increase once a year and bonuses twice a year. Holidays: - 120 days off per year with a 2-day workweek, including year-end and New Year holidays, and special leave. Benefits: - Company housing system, support for qualifications acquisition, employee trips, various insurances, parking fees are to be borne by the employee.
