Your primary role will be to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of guest accommodations, creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors. Key Responsibilities: - Clean rooms between customer check-outs and check-ins - Maintain and ensure room quality - Provide daily cleaning service while guests are resort - Offer stay cleaning services while guests are present Preferred Experience/Training: - Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning (preferred but not mandatory) - Background in hospitality - Experience in seasonal work environments - Familiarity with international work culture Personal Attributes Required: - Energetic and confident with a can-do attitude - Open-minded and welcoming of an international environment - Genuine passion for assisting others - Mature and flexible approach to tasks - Excellent attention to detail - Reliable, well-organized, and well-presented - Ability to work long hours and multitask - Strong stress tolerance, especially during peak business times - Initiative and quick problem-solving skills Language Requirements: - Proficiency in English is essential - Bilingual skills in Japanese or Chinese are preferred, but not essential Visa Requirements: - Eligible for a Working Holiday Visa Ski/Snowboard Ability: - No ski/snowboard experience necessary; however, some experience is a plus Remuneration Package: - Subsidized staff accommodation available - Refundable Ski Lift pass upon successful contract completion with a clean disciplinary record Employment Dates: - Full Season: Early December 2025 – Late March 2026 - Short-Term: Early December 2025 – Late February 2026 Note: Working hours are subject to customer and snow conditions, requiring flexibility in terms of dates and hours.
