The role involves working in various capacities at inns and hotels. Responsibilities include: - Front desk operations - Customer service - Public relations - Cleaning and maintenance - Restaurant service Employment Status: Permanent Salary: 184,770 yen/month (basic salary of 177,770 yen + meal allowance of 7,000 yen) Bonus: - Twice-yearly bonuses are provided, along with a financial year-end bonus contingent on performance. Overtime: Available (average monthly overtime is around 40 hours) Requirements: - Must reside in Japan - Must have passed the specific skills test for the accommodation industry - Japanese language proficiency: N2 or above (No prior experience required) Visa Type: Specified Skilled Worker Visa Working Hours: Shift rotation between 09:00 - 23:00 (actual hours: 7 hours 40 minutes with breaks), with no night shifts required.
