Berlitz Japan, Inc. is looking for qualified German instructors with a passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their language goals. Instructors will teach in a professional environment using the Berlitz Method. Main Duties: - Conduct classes focused on conversation and interactive learning. - Develop lesson plans tailored to individual student learning objectives. - Engage with students effectively to motivate and enhance their language skills. - Participate in regular training sessions to improve teaching techniques. Requirements: - Fluency in German; English proficiency is a plus. - Experience in language teaching or relevant educational background. - Energetic and adaptable instructional style. - Strong interpersonal skills. Berlitz offers a comprehensive environment for instructors to cultivate their teaching skills, providing regular training and development opportunities. Instructors are rewarded based on effort and can choose from various contract types to suit their lifestyle, including per lesson contracts that are flexible and cater to individual needs. Each instructor is expected to foster an engaging learning atmosphere while adhering to Berlitz's esteemed teaching methodology.
