We focus on a consistent supply chain from the breeding management of broilers on farms to the manufacturing of chicken and processed products at factories, all the way to sales. We also engage in the nationwide sale of domestic and imported pork and food products. Employment Type: Full-time Academic Requirements: Open to all disciplines; must be expected to graduate from a 4-year university or graduate school by March 2025 (recent graduates welcome) Starting Salary: 220,000 yen (as per 2023 data) Salary Increases: Once per year (July) Bonuses: Twice per year (July, December) Other Allowances: Overtime allowance, full reimbursement for commuting expenses (subject to conditions), child education allowance, nursery allowance Contract Duration: Permanent position Probation Period: 3 months Working Hours: - Headquarters: 8:30 AM - 4:45 PM (1-hour break) - Branch Offices: 9:00 AM - 5:15 PM (1-hour break) - Factories: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1.2-hour break) Holidays & Leave: - Headquarters: 123 days (Saturday & Sunday, New Year’s holiday) - Branch Offices: 123 days (Saturday & Sunday, New Year’s holiday) - Factories: 105-115 days (Sundays & designated company holidays, New Year’s holiday) Additional Notes: Occasional Saturday work may occur, with a substitute holiday taken on a weekday.
