All communications are conducted via email, making communication skills essential. 【Job Duties】 - Verify customer trading history - Correspond with customers via email - Gather information on fraud risk 【Working Information】 - Hourly wage: Starting from 1650 yen - Location: Minato City, Tokyo, directly connected to Roppongi Station - Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (60 minutes break) - Shift: 5 days a week (2 days off per week) - Overtime: Approximately 0 to 10 hours per month - Recruitment requirements: High school diploma or higher, able to work long-term, proficient in typing - Dress code: Casual attire permitted. This position is for general administrative support work located near Roppongi Station in Minato City, Tokyo, focusing on verifying customer information related to cryptocurrency. There are no phone interactions, and communication is primarily handled through emails.
