Position: Front Staff Employment Type: Permanent / Contract Location: Kitakyushu City, Kokura北区, Uomachi, about 4 minutes walk from JR Kokura Station, Kokura Castle Exit (South Exit) Basic Information: - Working Hours: - 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Early shift) - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Early shift) - 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Late shift) - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Late shift) - 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Night shift) - 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Night shift) - Actual working hours: 8 hours (10-hour shift available) - Holidays: - More than 8 days off per month, more than 104 days per year Salary: - Monthly salary starting from 234,000 yen (Hourly wage: 1,350 yen and up) *Salary varies depending on monthly working hours Job Responsibilities: - Front reception duties (check-in, check-out, etc.) - Accepting accommodation reservations via phone and the internet - Data entry on computers - Providing information at the phone or counter Customer service is essential.
