Responsible for general front desk operations, including accepting accommodation reservations, processing check-ins and check-outs, and customer service. Provide services that meet customer needs and support a comfortable stay. Attendance: Shift system. Location: Around Hotel Forza Hakata Station. As a leader of front staff, manage the team, oversee workflow, conduct staff training, and contribute to improving customer satisfaction. Working hours: Full-time, shift system. Location: Hotel Forza Hakata Chikushiguchi. F.J. Hotels is recruiting for various positions related to hotel operations, including front staff and assistant managers.
