The Front Desk staff performs day-to-day front desk duties while ensuring the best hospitality experience for guests and owners at Setsu Niseko. Key Responsibilities: - Check in and out guests, handle billing - Manage phone calls and emails from guests and owners - Address requests from guests and owners - Collaborate with Concierge, Bell, and Onsen reception staff Reports To: Setsu Niseko Front Desk Duty Manager Qualifications / Requirements: - Understand and commit to Setsu Niseko's vision for customer service - Be an excellent, flexible, inspirational, and involved team player - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail - Punctuality and consideration for colleagues - Native or business-level English proficiency; conversational Japanese is a plus - Visa status permitting work in Japan Working Hours: - 9 hours per day (with 1-hour break), between 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM - 30-40 hours per week, with hours increasing during high occupancy periods Contract Period: - November 12, 2025 – March 31, 2026 Wage: - To be updated (Previous Winter Season: ¥1,550 – ¥1,650) Employment Benefits: - Individual Seasonal HANAZONO Grand Hirafu lift pass - Subsidized staff accommodation near Hirafu area (¥800 per day) - Discounts on a variety of products (ski rentals, ski school, etc.) - Full social insurance enrolment according to the law The Front Desk Winter Seasonal Staff position at Setsu Niseko requires a commitment to excellent customer service while performing front desk tasks.
