As a front desk representative, you'll be the face of the hotel—providing a warm and welcoming experience to guests and ensuring smooth daily operations. \n\nKey Responsibilities: \n- Reservation handling: Manage bookings via travel websites, direct calls, and internal systems \n- Reception duties: Check-in/check-out, responding to guest requests \n- Guest services: Respond to special requests from hotel and training guests \n- Night duties: Nighttime facility patrols, end-of-day financial checks \n- Support roles: Assist with event room setup, spa reception, souvenir shop sales \n- Restaurant support: May assist in the adjoining restaurant during peak periods \n\nStart Date: From March 2026 (flexible—April start also welcome) \nAverage overtime: 5–10 hours/month \nCompensation: Monthly salary: ¥260,000–¥340,000 \nAnnual income estimate: ¥4.02M–¥5.13M (based on 5h overtime + 6 night shifts/month) \nBonuses: Twice a year \nNight shift allowance: ¥2,000/shift \nFull overtime pay
