- Develop and manage productive/profitable analysis (e.g., sales by person, area, customer, business channels, product, cost, marketing). - Lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and variance analysis for balance sheets (BS), profit and loss (PL), and cash flow (CF). - Analyze actuals against budget/forecast, prior year, and monthly trends. - Generate regular financial package reports. - Collaborate cross-functionally on productivity/profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting projects. - Research variances and identify opportunities for improvement (ROI).

Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or equivalent roles in strategic finance.
Business level proficiency in Japanese and English.
Strong prioritization and processing abilities based on objective indicators.
Good communication skills, respect for others, and the ability to work independently as a team player.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of accounting standards (GAAP).
