Employment type: Full-time Salary: Monthly salary of 252,080 yen or more (including fixed overtime pay). Fixed overtime pay for 20 hours / 34,080 yen or more. Job Description: - Production technology tasks: Introduction and construction of new lines, renewal and improvement of existing lines. - Management and analysis of production data, extraction of issues and implementation of improvements. - Negotiation with partner companies and preparation of application documents. Qualifications and Desired Person Profile: - Qualifications: Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 level. Regular driver's license. - Experience: Experience in production technology or those majoring in engineering-related fields are welcomed. - Person Profile: Someone with communication skills and a desire for improvement. Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 hours of actual work), average overtime of 13.2 hours per month. Holidays: Complete two-day weekends, 125 annual holidays.
