About Us: We are a high-end Italian-style karaoke bar located in Roppongi, Tokyo, offering a unique blend of gourmet cuisine and premium entertainment. With a focus on elegance and authenticity, we are seeking an experienced and creative Chef to lead our kitchen. We are especially interested in candidates with an Italian culinary background. Position: Chef (Italian Cuisine Focus) Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Roppongi, Tokyo Start Date: ASAP (negotiable) Salary: Competitive, plus transportation allowance Responsibilities: * Create and serve refined Italian cuisine * Oversee kitchen operations, food hygiene, and plating standards * Source high-quality ingredients and manage supplier relations * Develop seasonal menus and contribute to the overall guest experience * Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations * Supervise kitchen staff and maintain smooth daily workflow Requirements: * Proven experience as a chef in upscale restaurants, lounges, or hotels * Expertise in Italian cuisine is essential * Must speak English or Japanese (bilingual ability is a plus) * Strong creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for presentation * Applicants must already have a valid visa permitting full-time work in Japan (e.g., Permanent Resident, Spouse of Japanese National, Professional Work Visa) What We Offer: * Competitive salary (based on experience and skills) * Transportation allowance * Creative freedom in menu design and kitchen operation * Meals provided during shifts * A stylish, supportive, and international work environment Visa Policy: Please note: We do not provide visa sponsorship.
