Position: Call Center LSV / Call Center SV Experienced Person (Limited Full-Time Employee in Job Type/Region) Employment Type: Full-Time Contract Period: Permanent (with a 3-month probation period upon joining, no change in treatment) Salary: Monthly salary ranging from 300,000 to 335,000 yen - Estimated annual income: 4,110,000 to 4,600,000 yen (including approximately 20 hours of overtime pay: about 4.65 million to about 5.2 million yen) - Bonuses: Twice a year (performance-based) - Salary Increase: Once a year - Allowances: Commuting allowance and overtime pay Work Location: Client company's site in Osaka city Working Hours: Shift system (actual working 8 hours, break 1 hour) Holidays: Complete two-day workweek, annual holidays: 125 days Benefits: Complete social insurance, childcare and nursing care support system, childcare leave acquisition system Desired Candidates: - More than 3 years of experience as a Supervisor (SV) or above in a call center or administrative center - Experience in launching new bases or operations - Ability to demonstrate leadership - Willingness to improve skills TMJ Co., Ltd. aims to create a society where everyone can live easily through constant dialogue and improvement.
