Bus Attendant for After School

This is a bus attendant job for children attending the after school program. Not only will you handle the daily pickup and drop-off of elementary school students, but you will also be able to engage in activities with the children such as playing in the park, field trips, and assisting with childcare during your free time. Job Description - As a bus attendant staff member for the Little Garden After School’s shuttle bus, your responsibilities will include: - Support during shuttle bus rides and attendance checks - Interacting with students on the bus and ensuring safety - Environmental maintenance such as disinfecting the bus - Other supportive tasks related to bus transportation Requirements - No experience necessary; we welcome graduates, second-time job seekers, seniors, etc.! No educational background required! Side jobs and double work are also acceptable! English proficiency is not required! Work Location - There are four After School locations in total: in Chiba Prefecture and Tokyo, where you can express your preferred work location. Working Hours - [Shift Work] You will work depending on the following shifts: - 2 hours a day minimum, must work at least 2 days a week. Normal Shift during After School: 1) 14:00 - 16:00 (pick up after school students) 2) 18:00 - 19:30 (drop off after school students) Long-Term Shift during School Holidays: 1) 7:30 - 10:00 (pick up after school students) 2) 13:00 - 16:00 (drop off after school students) Salary - [Hourly Rate] 1,080 yen - 1,150 yen (1,170 yen - 1,200 yen in Koiwa) ※ Commuting allowance (maximum: 40,000 yen per month) ※ Trial period of 6 months (same conditions) Raises and Bonuses - Raise: once a year Holidays - Shift system (holidays on Sundays and public holidays) Year-end and New Year holidays (12/29 - 1/3) Leave for special occasions Paid vacation (according to regulations) Employee Benefits - - Company housing, company-leased housing system (only for childcare workers) - Employee discounts for company’s childcare facility - Access to members-only high-end resort hotels in Japan - Use of company wellness facilities (Yuzawa, Tateyama) - Qualification acquisition support system - Use of relaxation salon operated by group companies (free in birthday month, employee discount applicable) - Special accommodation rates at Guam Reef Hotel - Overseas training program (GUAM school) - Internal and external training programs - Employee trips (overseas or domestic) - Employee referral system - Various insurance systems - Re-employment system - Discount for company meals - Personal vehicle commuting allowed (parking fees at own expense) - Use of in-house communication tools (LINE works) *Contents may vary depending on employment type.
