Job Description: At the NHK Broadcasting Center in Shibuya, Tokyo, you will be responsible for monitoring broadcasts and switching to emergency news. We are recruiting individuals who can handle 'broadcasting operations' to strengthen our system further, utilizing the latest technologies such as 4K, 8K, and internet simultaneous streaming. Number of Openings: 1 Qualifications Required: None in particular. Those with any of the following experiences are preferred: - Master broadcast operations - Experience in the electrical or telecommunications industry - Network-related (monitoring, operation, etc.) experience - Experience in program production or production technology in the broadcasting industry Location: Proximity to NHK Broadcasting Center (2-2-1 Jinnan, Shibuya, Tokyo) Nearest Stations: Shibuya Station, Yoyogi Park Station on the Tokyo Metro, Yoyogi Hachiman Station on the Odakyu Line Salary: Monthly salary starting at 242,000 yen, with consideration given to experience and age according to company regulations. Salary includes fixed overtime pay (for 20 hours/29,500 yen and late-night overtime pay for 50 hours/14,600 yen). Additional pay for excess hours. Probation period of 6 months (treatment remains the same) Holidays and Vacations: 110 annual holidays, 2 days off per week (shift system), year-end and New Year holidays (6 days), paid leave, bereavement leave. Working Hours: Shift system (early day shift, day shift, late day shift, overnight shift). - Early Day Shift: 08:00–16:30 - Day Shift: 09:30–18:00 - Late Day Shift: 13:30–22:00 - Overnight Shift: 17:00–10:00 next day 6 to 8 night shifts per month. Approximately 10 hours of overtime each month. Benefits and Welfare: - Annual salary increase (once a year in April) - Complete social insurance (employment, labor accident, health, pension) - Transportation allowance (up to 50,000 yen per month) - Overtime pay, night shift allowance, family allowance (10,000 yen for spouse, 5,000 yen per child), position allowance.
