Company Overview: Leading educational company providing a wide range of educational services including individual tutoring, English after-school care, sports classes, and programming classes is seeking bilingual nursery teachers. Job Responsibilities: As a nursery teacher, you will be responsible for supporting children’s daily life and also conducting the curriculum in Japanese. - General nursery tasks - Assisting in intelligence education - Assisting in physical education - Assisting in English lessons - Planning and preparing events You will also receive support from free nursery teachers who do not hold a class. Working Hours: 9:00 – 17:00 (Actual working hours 7 hours 15 minutes / Break 45 minutes) Salary: Monthly salary from 228,480 to 295,260 yen (based on experience) - Overtime compensation provided - Salary increase twice a year (June/December) - Bonuses twice a year (July/December) Qualifying Criteria: Language Requirements: - English (Daily conversation level required) - Japanese (Business level, N1 required) Employment Type: - Full-time (正社員) Holidays: - 2 days off per week (Weekends and national holidays), Annual holidays: 120 or more. - Other Holidays: Summer, New Year, Paid leave, Compassionate leave, Maternity leave, Childcare leave, and Nursing care leave.
