Job Description - Responsible for planning, operating, and managing an after-school program where Japanese and foreign children learn together. - Main Responsibilities: - Operating after-school programs - Managing staff schedules and training - Counseling and communicating with parents - Collaborating with staff for program improvements and enhancements Work Location - There are 4 centers in total in Chiba Prefecture and Tokyo, with considerations for preferences. Working Hours - Regular business days: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Shift system) - Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM (Shift system) Salary - Annual: 3,500,000 JPY to 4,900,000 JPY - Monthly: 250,000 JPY to 350,000 JPY Qualifications - Must love children - Under 64 years of age (mandatory retirement at 65) - Preferred: English communication skills, management experience Benefits - Company housing, in-house childcare facilities, domestic resort utilization system, qualification acquisition support system, lunch discount system Holidays - 120 days annually, 2-day workweek system, various leave available (bereavement leave, maternity leave, childcare leave).
