Role Overview: As an Account Director in Japan, you will manage the commercial relationships with Tier 1 customers, ensuring robust partnerships and planned account expansion. You will also oversee customer interactions at various levels and support JATO’s customer strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Execute account management strategies to meet growth and retention targets. - Influence senior-level decisions within customer organizations, driving revenue and renewals. - Own renewal processes to ensure optimal customer value and timely renewals. - Collaborate internally to offer customer insights that drive optimal purchase outcomes. - Monitor account status and engagement frequency, identifying any risks to retention. - Work with Inside Sales to manage leads related to strategic initiatives. - Define and execute training for the account team to unify sales strategies. - Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing customer engagement with JATO’s offerings. - Build and nurture a pipeline of prospective customers, demonstrating JATO’s value. - Create and share account reports to inform management on key metrics and forecasts.
